CAPE CORAL CANAL SYSTEM STORM WATER MODEL

This project was sponsored by the City of Cape Coral with funds from the South Florida Water Management District. The City of Cape Coral initially contracted with the Lee County Regional Water Supply Authority (LCRWSA) for the development of this canal system simulation model. When the LCRWSA was dissolved in 2001, the project revert to the City of Cape Coral (Mr. which subsequently contracted the project to its engineer of record, Boyle Engineering, which in turn subcontracted much of the model development task to Southern DataStream, Inc. A complete list of project participants is provided.

The project web site is provided to the public for general information purposes. It is hoped that others involved with this or similar canal systems can provide peer-review comments and suggestions for future improvements. Anyone wanting copies of model input or output files may send requests via email (the files are too large for Internet posting). mail@SouthernDataStream.com
